We will be delivering our Newcastle Elite Development Centre programme which starts in September and runs throughout the year.

These centres provide striving young players who have engaged in our various programmes the opportunity to further develop within our unique structured and progressive elite long term player development training programme alongside their grassroots football.

This programme which is essential for young players of all ages looking to take their game to the next level and continue in their footballing journey’s. The NEA coaching team have devised a unique high quality programme drawing from their experience of playing and coaching in the professional game from the first team and across all forms of youth levels.

The programme is devised to develop each outfield player’s individual skill set while working within a group, in line with the FA’s four-corner model for long term player development which includes short, medium and long term development goals across the year, working at Foundation phase and youth development phase age groups.

All players will work through individual and group aims/objectives linked to age specific fundamental coaching topics across the FA’s Four corner model – Technically (Tactically), Physically, Socially and Psychologically.

This training programme will provide further challenge to striving players and is fundamental in working towards reaching their full potential and maximising enjoyment.
