A few bits of housekeeping….
We have had a couple of queries about where to meet, so for clarity, we will be meeting at the reception of the venue with marked areas to queue and enter the building to ensure social distancing takes place. There will be a one way system when signing in and out our participants.
This is where the children will keep their bags and will also have their lunch (remaining within bubbles and socially distant) from here they will all make their way to the 4g or grass pitch for the football sessions and at the end of the day (3pm) heading back to the reception where the children are to be collected from again working with our one way, social distancing system.
No metal studs are to be worn on the 4G pitch, but trainers, astro boots and rubber studs are fine
On Monday morning all players that are are attending the course will be allocated in their groups at 10am and then a register will be taken from there.
Any swaps can be made at that point to make sure children are with friends and in the correct age groups. Then that afternoon and at every sign in and sign out after that you will go straight to your coach hopefully making the process smoother and more efficient.
Finally, no child can be left unattended before 9:40 but after then we have no problem children being dropped off and left with their coaches. We offer an early drop off of 9am and late collection of 4pm which is £5 per day if this help with work arrangements which can be paid on the day but please let us know in advance if you would like to use this.
Please ensure that your child brings packed lunch, and lots to drink (ideally no fizzy!)
Please also ensure they bring suitable rain wear just in case we do get any rain!!
I must stress that all children attending will not be able to share any drinks or food.
All attendees must bring there own handgel to use before and after each session and lunchtime.
Additionally, anyone wishing to stay and watch the sessions should do from outside of the 4G fencing or grass pitches keeping socially distant from others, inside the fencing is for players and coaches only, thank you.
Lastly, all the equipment for our sessions will be appropriately cleaned before and after sessions. Our staff will be wearing ppe equipment, good hygiene will be promoted throughout and the format and protocols of our course will fall inline with government and The FA guidelines.
Our 3 point plan for preventing the spread of COVID is
